Cancellation Policy

At Rejuvenation Rooms, it is our core aim to ensure the best possible experience for all our clients. That is why we require at least 2 working days notice for any appointment cancellations or amendments to your booking. By working day, we mean Monday to Saturday and exclude Sundays and bank holidays.

Failure to provide notice within 2 working days or for any missed appointments, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked treatment cost, with the fee capped at £100.00 will apply. The cancellation fee will need to be paid prior to attending your next appointment.

If you fail to provide notice within 2 working days for a consultation, any pre-paid consultation fees will be forfeited and wont be redeemable against any future treatment or product purchases. Any new consultation bookings will be subject to a further consultation fee to secure the booking.

Note: If a treatment is part of a treatment plan which has already been paid in full, if you miss a session, the session will be forfeited and deducted from the treatment plan.

If you are late to your appointment and the appointment can no longer take place due to lack of time then the above cancellation fee will be payable.

For certain treatments a follow up appointment is required within a set time frame after your initial treatment. if you are unable to attend your follow up appointment and we are unable to reschedule in a suitable time frame then your review appointment will be forfeited.

Please remember we are happy to change or amend your booking for free if you discuss with us at least 2 working days before your appointment.

Please note that we generally take bookings up to 6 weeks in advanced so if you do need to reschedule an appointment, there may be a longer wait until we can next see you at a time which is available for you.
